PromptVu is not surveillance software.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them.

PromptVu may use anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified user activity and content data to improve platform performance and future product functionality.

PromptVu reserves the right to expand AI capabilities in the future.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

Users are fully responsible for any information they enter into PromptVu.

This includes sensitive information related to:

• healthcare
• finance
• legal matters
• government matters
• education records
• confidential company information

PromptVu does not verify whether users are authorized to input such information.

Users assume all responsibility for any sensitive information entered into the platform.

6. DATA STORAGE

We store user prompts, scripts, and notes for platform functionality.

Users are responsible for deleting their own content if they no longer wish it to remain stored.

PromptVu is not responsible for retaining deleted user content.

7. DATA DELETION

Users may delete their own prompts, scripts, and notes through platform functionality where available.

PromptVu may retain backup logs, legal records, fraud prevention logs, or billing records as necessary.

8. SHARING OF INFORMATION

PromptVu does not sell personal information.

We may share information with:

• Stripe for payment processing
• OpenAI for AI processing
• cloud hosting providers
• legal authorities when legally required
• future acquirers, investors, or successors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales

9. INTERNATIONAL USERS

PromptVu is intended primarily for users located in the United States.

Users accessing the platform outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

PromptVu makes no representation regarding compliance with laws outside the United States.

10. CHILDREN

PromptVu does not specifically target children.

Users under 18 may only use the platform with appropriate parental or legal supervision where required by law.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect user data.

However, no software platform is completely secure.

Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.

PromptVu makes no guarantee that unauthorized access, breaches, hacks, or service interruptions will never occur.

12. NO LIABILITY FOR USER DISCLOSURES

Users are solely responsible for:

• what they input
• what they display
• what they share
• accidental exposure of prompts
• accidental exposure of confidential information

PromptVu is not responsible for user mistakes involving confidential information disclosure.

This is especially important when using presenter screen functionality.

13. DATA RETENTION

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide services
• maintain billing records
• comply with legal obligations
• resolve disputes
• enforce agreements

14. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If PromptVu LLC is acquired, merged, sold, or transfers assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Continued use of PromptVu after changes constitutes acceptance.
